Before You Order
Get your clear, high-resolution images ready.

Decide on the size, material/style, color, quantity, and deadline (if you’re in a hurry, please reach out first).

Make sure you have the legal rights to use any images or files you send us.

When Placing Your Order
Upload your images (if you have multiple, you can zip them; if the page won’t let you upload, place the order first and email them to us).

Leave a note with your request—include style preferences, text content, layout ideas, and your deadline.

Provide a valid email address (required!) and a backup contact method .

After You Order
We’ll reach out to you directly (using the email you provided) to go over all the details.

You’ll get a draft or preview image to review (includes 1–2 rounds of standard edits; more complex changes may require an additional fee).

Once you confirm the final version, we’ll move to production/export. The usual turnaround time is about 3–5 business days (we’ll confirm the exact schedule with you).

Pricing & Delivery
The base price usually covers: design/layout + standard file delivery (JPG/PNG/PDF) or 1 finished product.

Source files, extra sizes, rush service, or complex edits are optional add-ons and will be quoted separately.

You guarantee that you have the right to use the materials you send. Any copyright issues are the responsibility of the provider.

After-Sales Service
Custom products are non-refundable unless there’s a quality issue.

If something’s wrong, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product or files, and we’ll work with you to fix it.
